I can't find the parts I need on your website.  Does that mean you don't have them?

We might still have them.  A lot of our products are not listed on the website especially items we have to special order.  Or we may have the item you want used.  Just give us a call and we will be happy to check for you.

I want to talk to a live person.  Can I call instead of ordering on the website?

Absolutely!  Please call us 8-5 M-F central time and we will be happy to assist you.

Can you ship to a foreign country?

Yes we can ship to most foreign countries.  Please email us for a shipping quote.

Can you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, we can. 

Can you ship to APO/FBO addresses?

Yes, we can.

How can I pay for my parts?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Can I pick up my parts in your store?

Yes but please call ahead so we can check stock at our location.  While some items may show in stock on our website, they may not be in stock at our location.  We drop ship from multiple warehouses.

The part I want to order is listed as out of stock on your website.  What can I do?

Just call us.  We will be glad to investigate and see if we can get it for you or can come up with another solution for you.
